EPE vs. Spankox

DJ Spankox lost a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by Elvis Presley Enterprises in the UK regarding his Christmas remix album. Agostino Carollo, aka Spankox, is disputing the ruling.

Spankox was barred from infringing on company trademarks and ordered to pay damages and attorney's fees.

Spankox worked with Elvis Presley Enterprises before and says he has done nothing wrong and is working to get the ruling discharged. He says he feels stabbed in the back
