On July 31, 1977 Johnny Cash baptized his assistant Penni Lane at a seminar in Phoenix, AZ. On the certificate of baptism that John performed, he crossed out PASTOR and wrote himself in as Administrator. A great document to have, and the only time Johnny Cash performed a baptism publicly. Uniquely, we also have Johnny Cash's handwritten sermon from that day!
